%X a review concerning climateric and menopause is made and their anatomophysiological bases are related to the different biological psychosocial and sexual aspect and to non-communicable chronic disease and gynecological cancer. it is stressed the need of giving these women a diferentiated, specialized and com0prenhensive attention so as to improve their quality of life and their life style and to prevent diseases and promote health.
