%X the non-microcytic lung cancer is the leading cause of death from cancer in most of world countries. that is the objective of present review is to offer a panorama of the integration of these lines of treatment inherent in the disease. the main options of treatment are: surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, treatment with monoclonal antibiotic therapy and vaccines. its integration makes possible a better response to treatment.
