%X hypertensi¨®n is know atherogenic risk factors. the propose of studying atherosclerotic lesions of 220 coronary from hospital dr. carlos j. finlay, in groups by hypertension (n=120) and low-level atherosclerotic (n=100) using atherometric system (as). the most important results were the following; the hta has more develop in the atherosclerotic process, the x and b in the median test have the biggest values in bna, the y in the tree coronary arteries was it significant in hta. conclution: hypertension increase the atherosclerotic process in coronary arteries.
