%X with this methodology we intend to evaluate the quality of the medical attention given to those patients with noncommunicable diseases (bronchial asthma, arterial hipertension and diabetes mellitus), which are the first causes of death and disability in our country, at the primary and secondary health care level institutions. this will make possible to determine to what extent the health actions taken fulfill the fundamental objective of maintaining, restoring promoting health.
