%X the importance of the diagnosis of congenital toxoplasmosis was evaluated by analyzing the characteristics of the maternal, fetal and neonatal infections. it was stressed that the suggestive clinic in the neonatus, associated with a serological maternal picture indicative of recent infection, has a predictive value of congenital infection
