%0 Journal Article %T Dissec£¿£¿o minimamente invasiva da veia safena para obten£¿£¿o de enxerto venoso na cirurgia de revasculariza£¿£¿o do mioc¨¢rdio %A DIAS %A Ricardo Ribeiro %A JATENE %A Fabio B. %A JATENE %A Adib D. %J Revista Brasileira de Cirurgia Cardiovascular %D 1998 %I Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia Cardiovascular %R 10.1590/S0102-76381997000300006 %X we present here the initial results of patients submitted to myocardial revascularization with the employment of minimally invasive technique of saphenous vein graft dissection. we utilized small incisions (3 to 4 cm) over the skin of the inferior limb, repeated at intervals of 8 to 14 cm to obtain the vein graft, with the aid of an adequate ilumination and special retractors. this method provided veins of 30 to 65 cm of length, through 2 to 4 small skin incisions. we operated on 8 patients who received 25 saphenous vein grafts plus the arterial ones. all patients improved well, without complications of the inferior limb and with a very good stetic effect. %K surgery [minimally invasive] %K saphenous vein [dissection] %K saphenous vein [surgery] %K myocardial revascularization. %U http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0102-76381997000300006&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
