ACQUISITION AND LOSS OF TRADE UNION MEMBERSHIP IN TERMS OF UNION AND COLLECTIVE LABOUR LAW

One of the most important rights protected by the Constitution is the freedom of the individual union, which is the most important element of the working life. In this study, the provisions of the Unions and Collective Labour Law No. 6356 enacted on 07.10.2012, which are in force, aimed at the acquisition and loss of trade union membership were examined. In addition, these concepts are related to individual union freedoms. The regulations of law no. 6356 as well as others and international agreements concerning the acquisition and loss of trade union membership, and in particular the legal legislation in force.
