%X this study's general objective was to know and identify the strategies that school teachers (6o, 7o and 8o grade) implement to control child bullying. the schools chosen were two. they belong to santiago centre's commune. a qualitative method was used, with the grounded theory's approach. thirty-four (34) participants comprised the sample. data were obtained using focus groups and individual interviews. the most important results made possible to describe and to identify that decision-making strategies with educational characteristics have a direct incidence in the generation of positive and constructive school climates.
