%X the interest in research related to wilhelm reich¡¯s work is eminent in the recent years. aiming to contribute to the dissemination of the academic production in this field, the goal of this research was to identify the master¡¯s degree dissertations and the doctorate thesis developed in brazilian universities between 1979 and 2008. the results revealed the existence of 81 academic productions, 60 master¡¯s degree dissertations and 21 doctorate thesis, what leads us to conclude that reich has been the subject of research interest in several areas, asserting him as an important theoretical reference for the reflection of contemporary issues.
