%0 Journal Article %T Projeto profissional: o redimensionamento da carreira em tempos de privatiza£¿£¿o %A Soares %A Dulce Helena Penna %A Sestren %A Gisele %J Psicologia & Sociedade %D 2007 %I Associa??o Brasileira de Psicologia Social %R 10.1590/S0102-71822007000400010 %X the professional career has been resized, specially, by the meaningful impacts brought up by the changes of the contemporary world of labor. underlined here is the reorganization of production and management, such as automation and the diversification in the sector of civil services, which has suffered changes in the recent years, especially through privatizations. research has pointed towards resignation programs that put pressure on and terrorize workers so to guarantee their adhesion to these programs, causing a series of impacts on their subjectivity. it was within this framework that this research took place, with workers from the public banking sector, who lived the experience of an encouraged resignation program (e.r.p.). the objective of this study consisted in identifying the backwash of such programs on their professional projects in the panorama of privatizations. the results, generally speaking, pointed out that the subjects' professional projects were disconnected from the institution since e.r.p and privatization threats. %K professional project %K career resizing %K privatization. %U http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0102-71822007000400010&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
