%0 Journal Article %T Composi£¿£¿o qu¨ªmica e digestibilidade em ovinos da grama estrela ensilada com diferentes aditivos %A Bumbieris Junior %A Valter Harry %A Jobim %A Cl¨®ves Cabreira %A Calixto Junior %A Moys¨¦s %A Cecato %A Ulysses %J Ci¨ºncia e Agrotecnologia %D 2009 %I Universidade Federal de Lavras %R 10.1590/S1413-70542009000500030 %X the purpose of this study was to evaluate the chemical composition and apparent digestiblity in sheep of stargrass ensilaged with different additives. the additives used were enzyme-bacterial inoculent (in two concentrations) and urea (10 kg/ton), totalling 4 treatments. for the digestability experiment, four male sheep were distributed in a (4x4) latin square design. with respect to chemical composition, the variables; dry matter, crude protein, ether extract, acid detergent fiber, and lignin showed statistical difference (p<0,05) among the obtained values. however, neutral detergent fiber showed no difference among treatments. concerning buffering capacity and ph, the lowest values were for silages treated with inoculents. no treatment effects (inoculent or urea application) for dry matter, crude protein, or neutral detergent fiber digestibility of stargrass silages were detected. %K enzymes %K grass %K inoculant %K sheep %K urea. %U http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S1413-70542009000500030&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
