%0 Journal Article %T Modelo l¨®gico de um programa de interven£¿£¿o comunit¨¢ria - GerAc£¿£¿es %A Carvalhosa %A Susana Fonseca %A Domingos %A Ana %A Sequeira %A C¨¢tia %J An¨¢lise Psicol¨®gica %D 2010 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %X the logic models are a succinct way to show and illustrate how a project was designed and is being developed and outlines the main elements of the project. the logic model of geracc£¿es¡¯ program is presented. it was developed as a form of strategic planning, which has been used for a continuous improvement program, and now at the end of program for evaluation planning. the components of the gerac£¿£¿es logic model are: (1) mission of the program - involving people who live or work in the borough of santa maria de bel¨¦m (lisbon), as key members in promoting their interests and to solve their problems in order to build a healthy community, (2) resources - partnerships, coalitions and community sponsors, (3) goals - general: involving children and young people, families and seniors in their own development process, as well as community involvement and partners in the social network for an integrated intervention in the process of building a healthy community, and specific: the community empowerment, health promotion and violence prevention, wellbeing and quality of life (4) activities - advisory board intervention in schools, roadmap of leisure areas, youth center and senior center, parental training, social commission, european neighbours' day, publications, (5) schedule - from march 2006 until february 2010, (6) results - greater knowledge regarding the positive health behaviours, increasing personal and social skills for children and young people, parents increase their knowledge and skills of positive communication, increasing community participation, establishment of networks of formal and informal support; (7) indicators - number of participants, knowledge and skills achieved, changing attitudes and conditions, (8) measures - quantitative, such as surveys and scales, and qualitative, focus group discussions and interviews (9) sustainability and (10) evaluation. the evaluation of gerac£¿£¿es program is pertinent at this point, providing information about the value and %K community intervention %K empowerment %K logic model. %U http://www.scielo.gpeari.mctes.pt/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0870-82312010000300008&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
