%X in mexico, the suprema court ofjustice (12 july 2011) ordered that all judges have the obligation to implement the control of the conventionality of the law. then, in this study will examine the criminal judge and control the implementation of the conventionality of law in the adversarial system, for example, the rules for access to investigation records, injunctions, intervention in private communications and decision body fluids.
