%X lleida-huesca tree fruit region is the main production area of tree fruit: apples, pears and peaches in spain, besides being considered one of the most important in europe. around the fruits it has developed different types of industries, which has now becomes a cluster of tree fruit. the aim of this paper is to analyze the tree fruit cluster of the region lleida-huesca and the components involved in the inter-relationships between the interest groups (stakeholders). to achieve this objective, there have been designed surveys and interviews with experts and processing company managers, which allowed information to characterize the industries and companies, as well as the elements that determine the quality of the relationship between the companies and groups. for the analysis of interactions, processing companies are taken as the central focal point, which are considered as the fundamental unit operating in the operative, functional and economic dynamics of the supply chain of fruits. it has been measured the quality of the relationship and their variables (confidence, compromise and satisfaction) between the processor and its main stakeholders (producer-producer-client). this leads to the conclusion that the structure of the cluster of tree fruit in the region lleida-huesca it favors the organization of production, marketing application,technological and socio-economical research and development, etc. it facilitates access to information, technology, the opportunities of new markets (especially export actions to emerging countries), to financial aids (for production, trade, etc.),and aids for the technological improvement and innovation through r&d, and coordination between the groups.
