%X the objective of this article is to examine the essential conditions to continual economic growth. the support of this analyses is the recent evolution of the brazilian economy. our premise is the following: after de economy becomes reanimated using inactive capacity, the continuation of the production growth in a economy like ours depends on the increasing of its productive capacity, which demands new investments.
