%X As a kind of promotion theory of strong democracy and deliberative democracy, participatory governance is characterized by emphasizing the flattening, empowerment, participation, government-social cooperation of government management organizations. This paper is intended to be in Houjie Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province in 2016. The ¡°Internet + National Chuangan¡± initiated in the year is a research case. The analysis of the successful reasons and the promotion of ¡°Houjie Sample¡± from the perspective of participatory governance provide a possibility for all grassroots governments to realize social governance innovation.
