%X 摘要：为了探索当代中国体育魅力的文化内涵、特性及其对体育人文精神建设的作用，采用文献资料法，从中国传统文化的“金”、“木”、“水”、“火”、“土”文化特性的视角，探讨当代中国体育文化发展的传统文化因素，体育文化的特性与体育人文精神建设的关系。研究结果，认为体育文化是体育魅力的内涵特性，深厚的文化传统，对当代中国体育文化的产生和发展有着极其重要的影响，并提出了从文化的视角对当代体育人文精神建设的构想。研究结论，认为体育作为一种文化现象，其本身所具有的文化魅力对社会生活有着广泛影响。当代中国体育文化的内涵和特性，决定了在中国体育发展的过程中，应重视对体育人文精神的建设，以体育文化引领解决体育发展中的思想观念、价值追求和道德精神层面所面临的问题，从而为中国体育发展创造良好的文化环境条件。研究价值，认为在当代中国体育的发展过程中，强调通过体育文化建设，加强体育组织和体育工作者人文精神塑造，引导他们的价值观、人生观、世界观向正确方向发展，以高度的自觉承担起实现中国体育强国梦的社会责任，具有重要的现实意义。<br>Abstract: In order to explore cultural connotation and characteristic of sport and its humanistic spirit construction function in contemporary China, this paper discussed traditional culture factors of sports culture development in contemporary China, and the relationship between sports culture characteristics and sports humanistic spirit construction in perspective of the five elements that are gold, wood, water, fire, soil, by the method of literature review. Conclusions: Sports culture is the connotation of sports charm. Profound cultural tradition has great impact to the generation and development of China sports culture. We provided some ideas to contemporary sports humanistic spirit construction from culture perspective. As a cultural phenomenon, sports cultural charm has wide influence to social life. Connotation and characteristic of contemporary China sports culture determines that sports humanistic spirit construction should be paid attention to, the ideological problems, value problems and moral problems in sports development should be solved by using sports culture, for creating good cultural environment for China sports development. Values: In the development process of contemporary China sport, we should emphasize sports culture construction, humanistic spirit shaping of sports organizations and sports workers, guide the development of their outlook on world, life and values to a correct direction, undertake the social responsibility of realizing China sports power dream with a high degree of consciousness.
