enterprises have become an inevitable trend of future social development. At
present, the development of Chinese social enterprises faces internal and
external adversities, and the prospects of the development of social enterprises
are not clear. In order to build a good environment for the development of
domestic social enterprises, this article fully draws on international experience
and combines with China</span></span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">กฏ</span></span></span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">s
actual conditions, and evaluates the existing standards of certification for
civil society enterprises in China from five dimensions: organizational goals,
income sources, profit distribution, asset disposal, and profit distribution. On
this basis, further proposals are proposed to improve public awareness of
social enterprises and lay a practical foundation for future legislative work.
