Based on six cases of enterprises operating in China¡¯s rural market, this paper discusses how enterprises can achieve economic returns and create social value strategies and approaches at the same time. Results show that because the BOP market is empty obstacles, such as lack of value chain and the system, enterprises need to build the heterogeneity of organization, institutions and individuals inter-departmental cooperation network to overcome, in the end by connecting two ways to enhance the capacity and promote local market shared value creation. %K Innovative Networks %K The Bottom Market of The Pyramid %K Network Governance %U http://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?PaperID=82703
