The general belief is that any suitable theory should include, or will be a merger of, classical quantum theory and general relativity, but until now no acceptable mathematical model taking both aspects into account has proposed. The present letter is written to present a new scheme of analysis for the mutual interaction between particles that have some exchange with respect to time and space. It is found that the right form of Newton¡¯s gravity law emerges by consequently working through the existing schemes of both quantum mechanics and the basic equations of relativity theory as expressed by the Dirac equation. %K Gravity %K Quantum Physics %K General Relativity %U http://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?PaperID=71088
