%X Since the first time Islamic University is a pioneer in the field of education and cultural development. Study material taught include science, humanities, sociology and various applied sciences. Among college History is Fusthat Islamic university, al- Azhar, Qurawiyin,Mustanshiriyah, Nidhamiyah, and Qordoba. The early Muslim scholars active creating new theories that have never existed before. thus Similarly Islamic university in all strata was instrumental in cultural development through various programs, preparing cadres of scientific competence, so ready to take part in the spread Islamic culture which aims to establish an ideal and realistic Islamic society.
