Training must be focused on rapid decision making, identification of anatomical structures for intubation, selecting appropriate equipment and sizes for resuscitation procedures, selection of appropriate medications and leading a team in stressful situations. The goal of this study was to evaluate the ability of a blended learning approach to facilitate the acquisition and retention of pediatric resuscitation skills utilizing both simulation technology and on-line education resources. %K Blended Learning Curriculum %K Pediatric Resuscitation %K Simulation %K Emergency Medicine %U http://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?PaperID=60785
