%X <span style=\"font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;\">本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法，对吉林省高校贯彻实施新《纲要》的现状进行研究，发现吉林省大多数高校能正确认识体育课程的性质，改革已经取得良好的效果；在课程目标设置方面，基础目标的设置和实现均较为理想；多数高校均加大了课程建设开发力度，基本符合新《纲要》的指导精神，但也存在许多不足。本文对此提出了粗浅的分析，同时针对存在的不足提出合理化的意见和建议。<br />
&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\">A tentative study was made on the current situation of the implementation of </span><i><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\">the Teaching Guidance Outline of Physical Education Curriculum</span></i><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"> in Colleges in JilinProvince</span></span><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\">by means of such research methods as literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistical methods. It is found that good results have been achieved in reforms after most colleges in Jilin have a correct understanding of the nature of PE programs. As far as course objective is concerned, the basis of objective has been prescribed and implemented ideally. Course construction has </span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\">been reinforced in most colleges according </span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\">to the</span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"> guidelines in</span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"> the new outline,</span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"> but shortcomings </span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\">are</span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"> inevitable at the same time. </span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\">Finally, this paper</span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"> provides some useful and valuable </span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\">views, </span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\">comments and suggestions</span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"> by analyzing the shortcomings.</span></span></span>
