This architecture is based on a model of the hippocampal and prefrontal interactions. In particular, the system relies on the definition of a new cell type ˇ°transition cellsˇ± that encompasses traditional ˇ°place cellsˇ±. %K planning %K neural networks %K hippocampus %K place cells %K transition cells %U http://www.frontiersin.org/Journal/10.3389/neuro.12.003.2007/abstract
