%X In this note, we obtain some improvements of results established on汛-semicontinuous functions in [3] and show that a function f:(X,而) ↙ (Y, 考) is almost 汛-semicontinuous if and only if f:(X, 而_s) ↙ (Y, 考_s) is semi-continuous, where 而_s and 考_s are the semiregularizations of 而 and 考, respectively.
