%X Cet article traite de la politique fran aise ¨¤ l¡¯¨¦gard de l¡¯¨¦migration juive polonaise de l¡¯imm¨¦diat apr¨¨s-guerre. Cette politique se d¨¦finit en France et dans les zones fran aises d¡¯occupation en Allemagne et en Autriche. Comme le montre l¡¯existence d¡¯une cat¨¦gorie   DP juifs   dans les recensements ainsi que la mise en place de camps DP juifs et de kibboutzim, les autorit¨¦s fran aises consid¨¦raient les r¨¦fugi¨¦s juifs de l¡¯Est comme un groupe ¨¤ part. Cet article montre le r le important, pour atteindre la France et l¡¯Italie puis la Palestine, jou¨¦ par les zones fran aises d¡¯occupation de part leur position g¨¦ographique cruciale (relations diplomatiques avec les Am¨¦ricains et Italiens, politique de refoulement¡­). La France a quant ¨¤ elle ¨¦t¨¦ pour ces r¨¦fugi¨¦s bien plus un pays de transit vers les Am¨¦riques et la Palestine qu¡¯un pays d¡¯accueil, comme on peut le constater ¨¤ travers les tentatives de contr le des flux : mise en place d¡¯un accord sur l¡¯admission en transit de 8 000 r¨¦fugi¨¦s juifs de Pologne (conditions de l¡¯accord, position des diff¨¦rents minist¨¨res fran ais et des organisations juives en France¡­) et refoulement vers l¡¯Allemagne. This article is about the French policy towards Polish Jews emigration in the aftermath of WWII. This policy has been defined in France and in French zones of occupation in Germany and Austria. As shown by the existence of a ¡°Jewish DPs¡± category in the census and the setting up of Jewish DP camps and kibbutzim, French authorities considered Jewish refugees from Eastern Europe as a separate group. This article shows the important role played by the French zones in the path followed by Jewish refugees in order to reach France and Italy and then Palestine (diplomatic relations with Americans and Italians, the policy of expulsion). It also shows that France has been for these refugees more a transit country to Americas and Palestine than a host country, as it can be seen through the attempts to control the migration flows: agreement on the transit of 8 000 Jewish refugees from Poland (conditions of the agreement, position of the various French ministries and the Jewish organizations in France) and the turning back to Germany.
