%X Bu ara t rman n amac  ilk  retim okulu   retmenlerinin kat ld klar  ve kat lmak istedikleri hizmet i i e itim programlar  hakk ndaki g r¨¹ lerini ortaya koymakt r. Bu  al  ma nitel bir ara t rmad r ve i  i e ge mi   oklu durum desenindedir. Ara t rman n evrenini, Antalya  li Kepez  l esi, birinci e itim b lgesinde bulunan yedi ilk  retim okulunda g rev yapan 228   retmen olu turmaktad r. Kepez il esi, birinci e itim b lgesinde ki bu yedi ilk  retim okulunun her birinde g rev yapan; bir s n f bir bran  toplam 14 ilk  retim   retmeni ile g r¨¹ me yap lm  t r. G r¨¹ mede isteklilik g zetilmi tir. G r¨¹ me, yar  yap land r lm   g r¨¹ me formu kullan larak yap lm  t r. Elde edilen veriler, nitel ara t rmalarda i erik analizi i erisinde yer alan frekans analizi tekni i ile   z¨¹mlenmeye  al   lm  t r. Yar  yap land r lm   g r¨¹ me formu ve anlat lan  zel aktar mlar n de erlendirilmesi yap lm   ve elde edilen bilgiler do rultusunda  nerilerde bulunulmu tur. Bu ara t rman n sonucunda be   nemli sonu  ortaya   kar lm  t r.  lk olarak ara t rmaya kat lan ilk  retim okulu   retmenlerinin  o unlu u (%85,68) bilgisayar kullan m  e itimine kat lm  t r.  kincisi, kat lmak istedikleri hizmet i i e itim programlar    retmenlerin bran  , ilgi, istek, ihtiya lar na g re  e itlenmektedir. ¨¹ ¨¹nc¨¹s¨¹,   retmenlerin %85,68 m¨¹fetti lerin sundu u hizmet i i e itim program na kat lm  t r. D rd¨¹nc¨¹s¨¹, hizmet i i e itim programlar ndan etkilenmelerinin temel sebebi bu programlara g n¨¹ll¨¹ kat l md r ve son olarak da hizmet i i e itim programlar  ile ilgili en  nemli beklentileri fiziksel ortamlar n iyile tirilmesidir.The purpose of this research is to seek compulsory school teachers¡¯ views on in-service training programs. This is a qualitative study in a multiple case study with embedded units design. The population of this study consisted of 228 teachers working in seven schools in the first education region in Kepez District in Antalya. The interviews were done in Kepez District of first education region with seven compulsory schools with 14 teachers seven of whom were class teachers and other seven subject teachers. Interviews were based on willingness. Interviews were made by using semi-structured interview forms. The data obtained were tried to comment with frequency analysis technique which took place in the content analysis in qualitative research. The evaluation of semi-structured interview forms and descriptive analysis were made and suggestions were put forwarded as a result of the obtained data. The results of this research emerged in 5 major points. First, most of the teachers¡¯
