<b><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Abstract: </span></b><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">At present</span></a><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">, construction supervision companies pay most attention to supervision in project construction phase. This status is far away from the aim of setting up construction supervision system. Present market environment, government management and enterprises’ development demand require construction supervision companies to change instantly. At the same time, social environment and industry development are developing towards favorable direction. This provides conditions for construction companies to change.<span></span></span>
