%X The present text has as objective to relate the parental alienation syndrome, the false sexual abuse and the shared custody from a transdisciplinar perspective. The purpose is to disclose concepts that are common between Law and Psychology from different perceptions. In particular, it intends to analyze an aspect jus-normative as psychosocial that solidifies the parental alienation, observing its effects, specially, about false sexual abuse and shared custody. The consequences by parental alienation became more radical and universal in the context of late modernity, showing the necessity of an analysis from a complex aspect, do not obstructing the good relation between Law and Psychology.
