%X We report a case of a traumatic aneurysm of the intracranial carotid artery. The necessity to suspect a vascular traumatic lesion when an unusual subarachnoid hemorrhage or hyperdense lesion is seen on the computed tomographic scan in case of trauma . In this case , neurological examination results, x-ray, computed tomographic scans, pre- and postembolization cerebral angiograms , and follow up data were included.
