%X Objetivo: describir el proceso de trabajo desarrollado para implementar el curso de Direcci車n en Salud en ambiente virtual de ense anza aprendizaje. M谷todos: te車ricos generales y t谷cnicas cualitativas. Resultados: se parti車 de materiales concebidos de forma impresa que luego se adaptaron a materiales hipertextuales, se respet車 la divisi車n de temas como partes independientes, aunque estableciendo relaciones entre ellos. Se crearon recursos educativos que facilitan el aprendizaje, as赤 como espacios donde ubicar todos los materiales complementarios y para el trabajo colaborativo. El seguimiento de la participaci車n de los estudiantes se llev車 por el registro de ingresos al entorno. Conclusiones: la organizaci車n del curso para su implementaci車n en ambiente virtual se caracteriz車 por la combinaci車n de actividades individuales y grupales, el protagonismo del estudiante, la selecci車n y empleo de materiales, el control y la evaluaci車n del aprendizaje. Objective: to describe the working process for the implementation of the health management course in the virtual learning environment. Methods: General theoretical methods and qualitative techniques. Results: printed materials were then adapted to hypertextual materials, respecting the division of subjects as independent parts but interrelated. There were created educational resources that facilitate learning, as well as several spaces where all the supplementary materials may be placed for the collaborative work. The register of participants in the virtual course helped to follow up the participation of the students. Conclusions: The organization of this course for virtual learning environment was characterized by individual and group activities, the leading role of the student, the selection and use of materials, and the control and evaluation of learning.
