%X I held for the tool of development the MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2001 system. This system has now lapped, and replaced by the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 system. Before the building the system I prepared SWOT- analysis and customer satisfaction questionnaire. Both the analysis and the evaluation showed, that the critical areas of local government would allow the quality system. In my opinion, both in the economic sphere and public administration are essential to use a quality model. The available literature on each driver and Mayor for the selection of appropriate quality management system. The installed operating system is constantly controlling the standard of work and the performed work¡¯s quality and proposes to the development. Today is the only key to survival is the development.
