%X La situaci車n de los inmigrantes indocumentados a lo largo y ancho de un mundo globalizado pero indolente, se ha transformado en el paradigma de las injusticias y contradicciones de nuestro tiempo. Por un lado se aboga por una apertura de fronteras para los capitales tras nacionales, y por el otro se cierran las fronteraspara aquellos que acuden en procura de las oportunidades, que sus propias sociedades de pertenencia les niegan. Creemos necesario la realizaci車n de acciones tendientes a llamar la atenci車n de la comunidad internacional sobre una tragedia humana de la que en mayor o menor medida todas las naciones son responsables. Pensamos que es posible a trav谷s del arte fomentar la solidaridad con quienes sufren las consecuencias de la barbarie humana, canalizar ayuda humanitaria, coordinar esfuerzos dispersos y por sobre todo posibilitar una reflexi車n que permita un cambio de paradigma. ///// The situation of illegal immigrants all over a globalised but insensitive world has become the paradigm of the injustices and contradictions of our time. On the one hand, it is advocated that frontiers should be opened to transnational capitals; on the other hand, frontiers are closed for those who try to cross them in search of the opportunities their own societies deprive them of. We believe it is necessary to take actions aimed at drawing the attention ofthe international community to a human tragedy which to a greater or lesser extent all nations are responsible for. We think that through art it is possible to foster solidarity with those who bear the consequences of human barbarity, to channel community aid, to coordinate scattered efforts and, above all, to facilitate reflection which gives rise to a change of paradigm.
