All the synthesized compounds were characterized physically and elucidated by Infrared spectroscopy, Mass spectroscopy, 1H-NMR spectroscopic techniques. All the synthesized compounds were subjected to Molecular docking studies by using 2GQG as its PDB ID. Among all the compounds, 6a, 6b, 6d, 8c and 8b exhibit anticancer activity. %K 2-amino-thiazole-5-carboxamide derivatives %K Piperazine derivatives %K Docking and 2GQG %K anti-cancer activity %U http://ijpsr.com/V4I2/44%20Vol.%204,%20Issue%202,%20Feb%202013,%20IJPSR,%20RA-2126,%20Paper%2044.pdf
