%X Este artigo apresenta uma leitura cr -tico-anal -tica dos romances Pedro P  ramo, de Juan Rulfo, e Cem Anos de Solid ¡êo, de Gabriel Garcia M  rquez, com base na evoca - ¡ì ¡êo do maravilhoso, conseguida atrav  s de recursos que marcam a pr  tica liter  ria de tais escritores. This article presents a critical reading of the novels Pedro Paramo, by Juan Rulfo, and One Hundred Years of Solitude, by Gabriel G  rcia Marquez, based on the evocation of the "Marvellous", achieved through the use of devices which mark the literary practice of these writers.
