%X This article aims to contextualize the contemporary writer Lygia Bojunga Nunes in her time and her literary space in a political season when Brazil lived under a dictatorship, in which the writer was engaged in the ideological struggle. This paper aims to reflect on an important topic of one of her stories, A Bolsa Amarela, which deals with problems in human relations and offers a scathing critique of social reality.
