%X Perante o cunho individualista dalegisla  o autoral, no Brasil, procura-se fazer umresumo do tratamento legal, e ap¨®s, enfrentar, emdiscuss o, esse car¨¢ter individualista, inclusivequanto ao aspecto de arrecada  o e distribui  o(Escrit¨®rio de Arrecada  o e Distribui  o -ECAD), frente aos interesses da cultura e pesquisa,e dos conhecimentos tradicionais, propondo, emconclus o, a tutela em outros termos que n o,exclusivamente, os do voluntarismo estatal(voltado ¨¤ apropria  o privada do coletivo).Before the individualistic matrix of theauthorial legislation, in Brazil, it is looked to makea summary of the legal treatment, e after, to face,in quarrel, this individualistic character, also howmuch the aspect of collection and distribution(Office of Collection and Distribution - ECAD),front to the interests of the culture and searches,e of the traditional knowledge, considering, inconclusion, the guardianship in other terms thatnot, exclusively, of state voluntarism (come backto the private appropriation of the collective one).
