%X It should be emphasized from this editorial, we are celebrating thefiftieth anniversary of our Alma Mater, the University "LisandroAlvarado ". "A voice of thought" is the slogan that defi ne the fi philosophy UCLA, this is a phrase that symbolizes values   and defi ning the duty and mission to be a leading and excellent sources of knowledge Academics in Venezuela. "A Voice of thought" is the stated warranty of uclaista ideology, are 50 years of history building, planting, tending,creating, developing and improving the quality of life and training of our people, is the projection of Larense society to the world. Our "Alma Mater "and is the region's cultural heritage and that is priceless, as important that UCLA has is its people and their different ways of thinking,which is the maximum of the human resource.
