%X In this reflexive article we define ¡°visionary¡± considering the approach which represents the highest position among others, given the ethic aspects involved. We depict the main characteristics that conform the concept, such as: intrinsic motivation, high self esteem, tenacity, cleverness, creativity; the visionary will conceive ideas and push them ahead until a successful final is, generally, achieved. Walking toward a vision with the mind deeply rooted in reality. With high internal control and force enough to promote the break through barriers represented by old paradigms, and keep the critical line that leads the way to complete the vision, no matter how long it takes.
