%X During the Spanish Civil War, the government of the Second Republic created the Central Council for Fine Arts in order to reorganize teaching at schools of Fine Arts and Architecture. The sculptor ¨¢ngel Ferrant was an active member of this Commission of experts. This article examines Ferrant¡¯s project for the reorganization of Fine Arts schools. En plena Guerra Civil, el gobierno de la Segunda Rep¨²blica espa ola cre¨® un Consejo Central de Artes Pl¨¢sticas para reorganizar las ense anzas art¨ªsticas y la Escuela de Arquitectura. El escultor ¨¢ngel Ferrant form¨® parte activa de la Comisi¨®n de expertos. El art¨ªculo examina el proyecto de reorganizaci¨®n de las Escuelas Superiores de Bellas Artes elaborado por Ferrant.
