Comparing this intolerable phenomenon with genocide as recorded in human history, while questioning the absence of this current atrocity. Explore the long history of the uprooting of Latin American identity, crossing the boundary in search of the other as being better to Europe and the United States of America giving rise to exodus, to emigration. It exposes borders as areas for illegal business on a grand scale not contained in agreements, nor signed treaties of trade covered by a string of shameful corruption protected from governmental, regional and international instances; the conspiracy of silence. This solicits the need for a politically incorrect speech that involves more than Lip Service that promises to deal with these themes on an agenda or even worse, at a negotiating table. Because this is what has been done up until now: trading on the meat of the victims of this spectacular global genocide and medial exposure. This inevitably leads to the assertion of an ethnocentric vision of the world which prevents us from thinking that this world is not within reach of the excluded, the others, but is considered by academic discourse to be a globalization of opportunity. The inefficiency of an overall political framework that would alleviate the degrading existence of those who are surviving on the edge; those who are existing, de facto, in the unspeakable circumstance of living on the edge. %K Conflict %K life %K boundaries %K emigration %K otherness %K globalization %U http://www.observacionesfilosoficas.net/culturaytransgresion.htm
