Abstract: Reflections about the history of reading, the collections growing and the reading penetration in the global village communities comes among the library. The reading act importance, centered in understanding the analyzing and searching the individual changes in and at time and space, to be historical, social, cultural and political human being. The reading process objective to interpret what is registered. Give some questions about the reader position at the overloaded information and also computerized.
