A partir d¡¯une d¨¦marche bas¨¦e sur l¡¯analyse micro anthropologique (observation des pratiques quotidiennes des habitants, entretiens, recueil de t¨¦moignages accr¨¦dit¨¦s du point de vue scientifique) sur le ravitaillement pendant la p¨¦riode historique en discussion, nous nous proposons d¡¯examiner la mani¨¨re dont l¡¯acc¨¨s aux aliments a structur¨¦ l¡¯exp¨¦rience sociale et nutritionnelle de l¡¯individu, dans le cas de la soci¨¦t¨¦ roumaine pendant sa derni¨¨re d¨¦cennie communiste. This paper explores everyday food practices in the context of austerity measures, through normative constraints imposed by the Romanian government in the 1980s, as applied by State policies. Based on a micro-anthropological approach (observation of everyday food practices, focused interviews and accounts concerning the historical period above-mentioned), this work proposes to examine how food accessibility structured the social and nutritional experience of individuals, in the case of the Romanian society during the last decade of the Romanian Communist regime. %K food %K scarcity %K communism %K alimentation %K pr¨¦carit¨¦ %K communisme %U http://aof.revues.org/4513
