%X Choriocarcinoma is a highly malignant trophoblastic tumor that follows normal pregnancy,abortion or ectopic pregnancy. The risk is immeasurably greater following hydatidiform mole. We present a report of a young woman who developed gestational choriocarcinoma following repeated hydatidiform mole.After thorough assessment of risk factors, combination chemotherapy in the form of MAC-FAC regimen was given for six cycles. The woman showed good compliance for two years, regarding regular follow up, treatment and contraceptive advice. Patient became pregnant after two years of follow up and gave birth to a healthy baby.
