%0 Journal Article %T DC Public Schools Fail to Meet Performance Requirements of 4 Foundation Grants %A Erich Martel %J Nonpartisan Education Review %D 2012 %I %X The DC Public Education Fund (DCPEF) is the legal entity through which four donors--the Arnold, Broad, Robertson, and Walton Family Foundations--provided funding to the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), under the conditions specified. Among those conditions is the achievement of specified targets in academic achievement growth.
