%X In 76 rats with alloxan diabetes the relation between heart remodeling and sensitivity to angiotensin II was established. After 14 days, 1, 2 and 3 months the sensitivity of Angiotensin1 receptors was estimated by in vitro test with induced aggregation of platelets. The body and heart mass, volume and thickness of heart ventriculi were measured. The individual peculiarities of Angiotensin1 receptors expression and their role in determination of heart state during diabetes were shown. The hypersensitivity of Angiotensin1 receptors was associated with early myocardial hypertrophy with next dilatation of ventriculi with decrease of their wall thickness.
