El autor plantea la definici¨®n de sufrimiento y, posteriormente, los tipos y formas de padecimiento que puede sufrir el ser humano. This article explores the essence of suffering on the basis of the philosophy of Saint Thomas of Aquinas. The author sets out the definition of suffering and, subsequently, the types and forms of suffering that the human being can undergo.
