%X Cet article vise ¨¤ montrer que la transmission d¡¯un message coh¨¦rent en anglais ne peut pas ¨ºtre r¨¦ussie sans une prononciation intelligible. Pour ce faire, il convient de mettre en place une prise de conscience phonologique, avant tout entra nement ¨¤ la phon¨¦tique et ¨¤ la phonologie, dans le cadre d¡¯une m¨¦diation avec l¡¯enseignant et la participation active de l¡¯¨¦tudiant.Cette recherche-action porte sur un groupe d¡¯¨¦tudiants en formation LANSAD (LANgues pour Sp¨¦cialistes d¡¯Autres Disciplines)-sciences. Tout d¡¯abord, la sp¨¦cificit¨¦ LANSAD-sciences sera pr¨¦sent¨¦e, puis seront d¨¦finis le dispositif et les conditions de d¨¦clenchement de la prise de conscience phonologique (responsabilit¨¦, m¨¦diation) ainsi qu¡¯une d¨¦marche th¨¦orique et pratique. Enfin, des applications par le biais d¡¯enregistrements et de questionnaires seront analys¨¦es. This article aims at showing that intelligible pronunciation is the key to the ¡°successful¡± transmission of a consistent oral message in English. Phonological awareness should be implemented before any phonological or phonetic training, with the teacher¡¯s mediation and the learners¡¯ active participation.This action-research was carried out with a group of ESP students in the sciences. First, the specific features of English for the sciences will be presented. Then the system for raising phonological awareness and its implementation (responsibility, mediation) will be described as well as a theoretical and practical approach. Finally applications by means of student recordings and questionnaires will be analysed.
