%X La Corte Constitucional en sus pronunciamientos se ha encargado de delimitar el alcance de la iniciativa legislativa, estableciendo el concepto jur¨ªdico constitucional de esta atribuci¨®n y acotando el ejercicio por parte de sus titulares, principalmente los congresistas, el Gobierno Nacional, en especial en cuanto hace a la presentaci¨®n de proyectos de ley de su iniciativa exclusiva y la iniciativa popular legislativa. El presente art¨ªculo constituye un avance de los resultados del proyecto de investigaci¨®n denominado "Precisiones Constitucionales sobre el Proceso Legislativo en Colombia", desarrollado dentro del Componente de Desarrollo Institucional por la L¨ªnea de Tendencias y Perspectivas del Derecho Administrativo del Grupo de Investigaciones en Derecho P¨²blico de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia de la Universidad del Rosario. The Constitutional Court in its pronouncements has been responsible for defining the scope of the legislative initiative, setting the legal concept of this constitutional allocation and narrowing the exercise by their owners, mainly members of the Congress, the National Government, particularly with regard to tabling bills its sole initiative, and the popular initiative legislation. This article is a preview of the results of the research project called "Constitutional Details on the Legislative Process in Colombia", developed within the Institutional Development Component of the Line of Trends and Prospects for the Administrative Law Group for Research in Public Law the Faculty of Law at the Universidad del Rosario
