%X Hay factores que impiden o desaceleran los procesos del conocimiento en las organizaciones que afectan la consecuci車n de su visi車n. La memoria organizacional, repetici車n de actos irreflexivos y la experiencia juegan un papel importante en el significado de la acci車n y los objetivos que transforman los planes en logros por medio del conocimiento manifiesto que se vierte en conclusiones y genera un conocimiento sistem芍tico que se infunde con valores como una fuente diferenciadora importante para la empresa. Estos conciben etapas de madurez del desarrollo organizacional dentro de las firmas ya que interaccionan mutuamente, empezando por la memoria organizacional que incorpora los 谷xitos pasados y presentes, pasando por actos irreflexivos que ponen en riesgo el verdadero contenido del conocimiento en la etapa de la pr芍ctica extendida que se fundamenta en los a os de experiencia.   Influence factors in the Knowledge Management There are factors which impel or slow down the knowledge processes into the organizations which in turn affect the completion of its vision as an ideal planning. The organizational memory, repetition of unconscious acts and the extended practice plays an important role in the meaning of the action and the goal to transform the plans into attainment through the manifest knowledge which turns into conclusion and makes a systematic knowing infused with values as an important core source for the firm. They conceive maturity stages of development within the companies which interact mutually, starting with the organizational memory which embodies the past and present successes, passing towards unconscious acts which can risk the true knowledge content to an extended practice stage based in years of experience.
